U14G Netball wins friendly match on 26 September 2022

Our school’s U14G Netball team won a friendly game against Canadian International School of Hong Kong by 19-4 last week. Well done girls! And a big thank you to all the coaches and organizers for their support!

Goal for SISHK! U14B Football Team – ISSFHK Games on 22 September 2022

Our U14B Football Team played two ISSFHK games against King George V (KGV) in Wong Chuk Hang. Both teams had great fun and here are the results: First game 2:1 (Scorers Austin Sun, Wallace Lee) Second game 1:0 (Scorer Austin Sun) Man of the Match: Austin Sun Well done U14B!

Community Council Mooncake Boxes Recycling Drive

Where do all the empty mooncake boxes go after Mid-Autumn Festival? They go green. Our Community Council partnered with SIS Parent Teacher Association and the primary school families to hold a Mooncake Box Recycling Drive from 13 to 16 September. A total of 200 empty boxes were collected and recycled through “Project Green Moon – Mooncake Boxes Collection” by Swire Properties, where it is further recycled through Greeners Action. On Tuesday 16th August 2022 Lancaster University visited the University Counselling team at SISHK. Mutty Dad (Head of International Student Recruitment) from Lancaster University was one of our first international visitors this year, following the easing of quarantine restrictions for visitors into Hong Kong.
