Raising animals is emission-intensive and causing large-scale deforestation. Eating a plant-based diet is the most environmentally and simplest option to reduce the carbon footprint. To encourage green habits on campus, we organised a Green Monday on 25 October providing our secondary students with healthy vegetarian food.
