Well Done to the U12 Badminton Team!

With weeks of badminton league and friendly matches, the U12 boys and girls badminton team travelled to Christian Alliance International School in Lai Chi Kok on Tuesday 9th April, to compete in the final Badminton Playoffs against VSA and CAIS, having all made the top 3 teams.

Anticipating a tough competition ahead, with nothing to lose and everything to win, each player performed amazingly and when the time came, they made each opportunity count. Throughout the playoffs, some games were won, some games were lost, but the children never lost their SISHK team spirit and support for one another. As a result of everyone’s hard work, the boys claimed the overall U12 boys second place position, taking home their silver medals. As for the girls, they ended up as overall U12 girls champions, taking home gold medals and claiming the very first Primary school sports banner!

Well done to all the badminton team players on their huge achievement and success. It was wonderful to see the team spirit and support for each other and we, as a school, are all super proud of you. If you see these students around the school, please praise them for their effort and team spirit:
