Back to Back Art Exhibition at SISHK

It has been an exciting period for the Visual Art Department, we organized 2 exhibitions, both within and outside of school in recent weeks.

We presented a public Art exhibition, Frames of Reference at the Artland Art Gallery at Lockhart Road from 30 March to 11 April. The aim of the exhibition was to showcase our students’ artwork and celebrated their art achievements. The title was chosen as all artworks start from a point of reference, the outcome is determined by how the artist frames these references. Works selected for the exhibition were from Secondary 1 to Secondary 3 Art students. The official opening on 30 April was well attended by parents and students.

The following week, we had the DP2 Visual Art Graduation Show on the 3rd April 2019 at the Level 11 Art Gallery in School. The exhibition was the culmination of 2 years of hard work and it was a joy for the artists to share with the school, friends and parents.
