Endangered Animals Jigsaw Puzzle Activity

I&Dimpression

Edwina Lam

The planet’s wildlife species are under increasing threats due to many factors. Our P4 students attended the online educational programme “Mission Red Alert” conducted by the Singapore Zoological Gardens during their science lessons in April. This programme oriented our students to the threats that animals are facing in the wild and the real-life solutions to save them.

The Innovation and Design Department converted some of the students’ artworks with images of animals into wooden jigsaw puzzles using laser cutting technology. These puzzles were given to their P2 juniors to further raise awareness on endangered species.
