Community Council Mooncake Boxes Recycling Drive

Where do all the empty mooncake boxes go after Mid-Autumn Festival? They go green.

Our Community Council partnered with SIS Parent Teacher Association and the primary school families to hold a Mooncake Box Recycling Drive from 13 to 16 September. A total of 200 empty boxes were collected and recycled through “Project Green Moon – Mooncake Boxes Collection” by Swire Properties, where it is further recycled through Greeners Action.
