The Senior Citizens from the Mighty Oaks Foundation was in SISHK recently to create works of art from clay with our Primary One students during the Character and Citizenship Education (CCE) lessons.
Making art together connects people in ways that few other activities can, and the seniors shared that the children’s liveliness and laughter helped to brighten up their day. It was a heart-warming experience to watch the seniors, teachers and students working together, and bonding over their artwork.
