AY2526 Staff Development Day 1

This year, our first Staff Professional Development Day centered on the theme Mental Well-being and Sustainability. The aim was to equip our staff with sustainable practices that enhance mental health, foster a supportive community, and promote environmental stewardship.

Our staff participated in a variety of engaging team-building activities organized by the school’s SWC team from both the PYP and SecDP sections. Workshops included harp therapy, laughter yoga, mandala art healing, coffee grounds coaster crafting, Qi Gong, and more.

We hope our staff will continue to embrace and integrate these meaningful practices into their daily lives!
