AY2526 Primary STEM Week

During Primary STEM Week, we were excited to welcome special guest speakers and host engaging activities across all year levels. Our sincere thanks go to Mr. Steven Lam (CEO of GoGoX), Team Arion (SISHK DP1 students and the 2025 STEM Racing Hong Kong & Macau Champions), and our P6 Tech Ambassadors for leading our assemblies.

Mr. Lam shared his inspiring journey to our P5 and P6 students, from his humble beginnings to becoming the CEO of a listed company with an extensive Asian network. He emphasized vital life lessons on hard work, courage, and the importance of a “never-give-up” attitude.

Team Arion captivated the P3 and P4 audience by sharing their journey through the F1 STEM Racing Competition. Highlighting the power of teamwork and perseverance, they described how they became the first international school team in Hong Kong to win the regional final, securing five additional awards in the process. Their story served as a powerful lead-up to their next big milestone: representing Hong Kong and Macau at the Grand Prix World Championship in Singapore this October.

Our P6 Tech Ambassadors delivered an age-appropriate presentation to P1–P2 students on the applications of AI. They covered everyday uses, the benefits of personalized learning and improved efficiency, and addressed important concerns regarding privacy and responsible use.

Beyond the assemblies, students enjoyed immersive visits to the Hong Kong Science Museum, Sandbox VR, a Campus X workshop, and the Gallery Walk Maze Challenge.
It was truly an inspiring week of curiosity, creativity, and hands-on exploration!
