二零一九年二月，我校中学辩论队参加了青岛二中举办的第六届“山海杯”国际辩论邀请赛，在十六支亚洲各地的中学队伍中杀入决赛，勇夺亚军。而身为辩论队队长的我，也有幸获颁“全程最佳辩手”的荣誉称号。辩论场上激烈的争辩与青岛崂山下的春雪在记忆中定格了不可磨灭的画面，给予了我们关于青春与梦想的答案。 青岛参赛的五天可能是人生中最不可思议的五天。开始报名参加这个比赛，只是懵懂地抱着“出去看看国际赛”的热血。收到主办方参赛邀请时，我们有激动的喜悦，但内心也有对比赛的小小不安与恐惧：我们辩论队的参赛经验仅局限于香港的小小版图，曾交手的学校也并非全国出名的强队。在校领导和老师的支持与鼓励之下，我们还是满怀热血地踏上了比赛的征程。 带着这种复杂的情绪，我们走进了小组赛的赛场。还记得发言时面对评委与观众齐刷刷的目光时的恐惧，还记得对方辩友咄咄逼人的质询时的压力……直到评委宣布我们以4：1的比分战胜沧州市第二中学，我们简直不敢相信我们打赢了这场比赛。于是，在比赛直播里被拍到队员之间的熊抱，在晚上十点青岛的寒风里尖叫，还有看到“新加坡国际学校（香港）”被写在半决赛名单旁边时掩藏不住的欣喜。 对我校出线希望渺茫的错误预估，导致我们半决赛的文档里空有几个尚不成型的论点。措不及防地被推进半决赛的我们，要迎战“亚洲杯”的冠军马来西亚八打灵中学，只有一个白天的时间来准备接下来的比赛。熬夜到凌晨两点的夜晚，在酒店房间里一遍遍地修改着攻防，想要赢得比赛的冲劲击退了疲倦的睡意。比赛，交锋，当主席公布3:2险胜的结果时，我们队贸然地发出了惊喜的尖叫。我拿到本场最佳辩手时，内心的震惊和对决赛的崩溃多于胜利的喜悦，我打电话告诉我爸：“我的不安来源于，我害怕自己不是一个很优秀的辩手，却突然被推上了神坛，如果明天决赛发挥失误，我害怕辜负了大家的期望。” 情绪崩溃的第四个夜晚，第一次体验如何在熬夜的三个小时内理出一整个立论框架、攻防和结辩的价值。中间很多次智商掉线，还因为没有办法跟“我方三辩”在逻辑上达成共识而几尽崩溃。 终于站在决赛礼堂的聚光灯下，看到陈铭老师坐在评判席时的兴奋感抵消掉了些许前一天积攒的恐惧。申论，反驳，自由辩，开始大谈“平凡的可贵”的结辩升价值，算不上完美，但或许是因为对手青岛二中也没有在最佳状态，所以我们有漏洞的论点也就守住了对面的攻势。打完比赛，喜悦包裹着我，终于结束了，无论输赢，问心无愧。 直到落幕，依旧觉得手里的奖杯如梦境般不真切。但真切的是我们躲在酒店里吃的每一顿外卖，熬夜中每一次连vpn时转动的加载条，我们和人大附中模辩的每一个观点碰撞的火花，每一次陈词后的掌声，以及辩论队里每一个小可爱仰脸微笑时脸上的光芒。 可能永远不会忘记陈铭老师比赛结束时跟我说的那句“才中学生，很不错啊。”虽然我质疑这被标点分开的八个字是否代表多大的赞扬，但我想它或许将会对我有无比重要的意义。不想离开这里，不想离开舞台，不想离开赛场，不想结束我对学校生活短暂的逃离。直到比赛结束，才在恍惚中意识到，不知从何时开始，辩论已经成为了我生活中不可或缺的部分，辩题的深度、赛场的紧张、交锋与质询中的唇枪舌战、舞台上聚光灯的闪耀，都已悄然重塑着我的思想，最后成为我血液里流动的一部分。 此行，此役，第一次参加国际比赛黑马杀出亚军，证明了我们队伍在国际辩论的舞台上也可以一鸣惊人。但或许更重要的是，在比赛中我们欣赏到其他辩论队伍的风格各异，以及辩论的精辟与深度所带来的震撼。小部分的自我认可，大部分的反思与学习。此行的荣誉不过是一个起点，而SISHK辩论队的未来依旧有无限的可能性。 最想感谢的是支持我们的学校，关心鼓励我们的校长、副校长和一直相信我们并无私付出的科任老师们，还有我们辩论之路上的领航者——颜老师和常老师。那些热切的眼眸和值得依靠的肩膀是我们前行的全部动力。 最喜欢的辩论队, 最喜欢的你们，最喜欢的掌声，还有最喜欢的每一个辩手眼里闪耀着的光芒……计时器的铃声敲响的时候，你的心里剩下什么？ 对表达的渴望，对真理的探求。

During the last summer break, I had the privilege of participating in the Singapore International Math Olympiad Challenge (SIMOC). This year’s SIMOC was conveniently scheduled right before the Singapore Holiday Immersion Programme (SHIP). Therefore, I stayed in Singapore for two weeks to attend both programs. Through hard work and commitment, the team has successfully combatted its struggles in various areas of the sport. From the standard serve to the jump serve, each and everyone’s immaculate calculations and practice have allowed him to improve and achieve a status that is higher than that of who he was when he first arrived.
