Unsung Heroes of Science competition

Unsung Heroes of Science

The Unsung Heroes of Science competition, organized by Hertford College at Oxford University, is a video competition designed for teenagers between the ages of 16 and 18. The competition encourages participants to share stories of overlooked scientists who are absent from textbooks or have been forgotten by history. The goal is to give these individuals the recognition they deserve.

Two of our SISHK DP2 students participated in this competition. Lisa Chi Ying Tsoi received the international award, while Sherrie Yuen received the international highly commended award.

International winner
Lisa Chi Ying Tsoi for ‘Mikhail Tsvet‘

International highly commended
