Our students bring “Beauty and the Beast” up onto the stage!

After months of rehearsals and several postponements, the Muzé Committee successfully performed this student-led production for live audiences on 18 June. Merchandise designed by the students were on sale on the same day, and all profits will be donated to the Christina Noble Children’s Foundation.

Hong Kong Science Fair 2022

Congratulations to our P6 students Caitlin Tsai, Sabrina Lauren Lau, Chen Yat Ming, Aidan Lau and DP1 students Lai Hong Lun and Boey Jun Xin for winning the Merit Awards in the Hong Kong Science Fair 2022 for their projects Clear Covid (P6 Team) and AnalySound (DP Team). Congratulations to our students who took part in the First Hong Kong Youth Space Innovation Competition

On 25th of June, two teams of Secondary One SISHK students participated in the First Hong Kong Youth Space Innovation Competition organized by Hong Kong New Generation Cultural Association. This year’s competition themes were Moon exploration, Mars exploration, satellite design and future space engineering. Both teams made it to the final round. SISHK Hydroponic Farming (P3)

Our P3 students had so much fun growing vegetables in a hydroponic farm. Not only did they observe the life cycle of a plant, they also learnt about the concept of sustainability and environmental responsibility. This project concluded in a meaningful way – all harvested vegetables were donated to a local elderly community.

University Counselling Team arranged an alumni sharing session for our IBDP year 1 students

As the end of the academic year approaches, our University Counselling Team arranged an alumni sharing session for our IBDP year 1 students. Our students found the session very useful. Apart from gaining insightful tips on researching the best fit universities for them, they also got a preliminary idea of what to expect in university life.
