真正的篮球

S3M 赵端瑞这是一个值得我们赞赏的赛季，也是一个意义非凡的赛季。起初我们蒙头蒙脑的就加入了今年的U16篮球队，赛前的训练，想去就去，不想去就不去，感觉整个队伍就是一团糟。打得好的人不认真，打得不好的人还是不好。后来中三与中二的同学分开了训练，每一次的训练就只是我们中三一队的人了。还隐约记得第一次的训练，临近三点十五分，我们说说笑笑地走进了篮球场，一抬头发现三位老师站在场的那边，脸上摆着已经被掩饰过的愤怒与失望，我们僵在那里，声也不敢出。训练开始的时间是3点，我们迟到了将近十五分钟。准时，便是我们上的第一堂课。一番思想教育之后，我们便开始了这个赛季的第一场训练。每个人看起来都很激动，很有斗志，一拿到球就跟猴子一样蹦，就这样，我们以半玩半认真的态度，结束了第一次训练。好不容易撑过了训练前的训骂，我们刚把衣服换完，又被召集回12楼的楼梯口，坐在地上，接着就是沉默的一分钟，我们似乎还能听见汗水滴在地上的声音，和它们划过脸颊的感觉。“你们知道下一次训练就是赛季的第一场比赛吗？”Mr Lian撑着下巴，审视着我们。好了，这就是我们的第二堂课，态度。 ”如果你们要来这里玩的话，好的没问题，我不管，我可以每天准时离开做我自己的事情，你们也可以像上一届的U16一样输掉整个赛季，教练也准时走人。”这句话到了赛季末我们才理解，什么才是真正的态度，对待任何事情的态度决定你的成绩。当然，不准时导致的结果也是致命的，课后留校（detention）。说起这个，队里几乎每两个星期就会有人有detention，其原因也显而易见，迟到。对此，Mr. Lian在队里第一位同学有detention的时候就放了狠话，“谁再有detention那么他的下一场比赛就不用参加，在旁边观看。”然后每一场比赛都会有人打不了。到了后面几场的训练，不知是比赛的时候不能打，板凳坐疼了，还是被Mr Lian骂够了，大家似乎都不会缺席也不会迟到，来的时候是一个团队，走的时候也是一个团队。说了缺点，说说优点。人类生来就是要改变，而且要越变越好，哪怕从每一次的训练中。我们从一开始就围绕着一种防守体系去训练，就像教练说过的，“我们进攻没有别人猛，那我们就要赢在防守上。”然而这个防守阵容与体系，是需要所有人的联动与配合，和前面两位防守队员的坚持才能把它发挥得淋漓尽致。所以每一次的训练，都是团队磨合的机会；每一次的训练和失误，都是团队能去改善的地方。整一个防守体系的细节尤其重要，从前两位防守队员开始防守的位置，到后面三个人移动的位置，都是要极其准确的。不仅如此，这样防守后的快攻也是紧密相连的，所以整一套防守加进攻做下来，我们会很累很累，累到连坐地板上都还觉得累。我们不仅从训练中学习与改善，更加会从每一次的比赛中吸取教训，从而改变战术，提升自己。每一次比赛结束后，不论是在主场还是在客场，教练都会费心找一小块地方，一队人围起来，每个人都要说对于整场比赛，我们做得好的地方和需要改进的地方，对手的弱点和我们的优点，如果下次再遇到的话，我们要怎么做得更加好。回到训练中，教练便会拿一块白板，仔细与我们分析整场比赛的细节。我们会从每一场的比赛中更好地了解自己，了解整个团队，了解怎么以一个团队去训练，从而增加对对手与自己的认识，进而改变战术或者方案，改变比赛。这一个意义非凡的赛季，刷新了我们对时间、态度、责任、信心与成败的认知，更明白要怎么变成一个更好的篮球运动员，怎么在场上控制自己的情绪，尊重对手、裁判与队友。而这并不能被理解为小题大做，因为人生就像篮球赛，细节决定成败。
